Scunthorpe United FC End of Season Renovation

Fineturf have worked alongside Scunthorpe United FC for a number of years and we have recently renovated their training grounds. The existing surface was removed using a Koro and then cultivated. The surface was laser graded and decompacted. 500T of sports sand was imported and spread. The pitches were stone raked and luted prior to applying fertiliser and sowing Limagrain MM60.
We have also completed the end of season renovation at Glanford Park. We are pleased to have completed this work for a number of years and the 2016 renovation included:
- Fraize mow existing surface and vacuum
- Spread sports sand
- Apply 14:6:18 fertiliser
- Disc seed Limagrain MM60 sports seed at 70 gm2 in five directions
