Tottenham Hotspur FC Stadium Pitch Renovation & Repurpose 2026

In August 2026, Fineturf once again delivered the renovation and repurposing of the stadium pitch at the world-renowned Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, continuing the ongoing three-year contract with the club.

Installation of the new surface began on Monday 10th August 2026, with the Fineturf and Tillers Turf team completing the laying of the pitch over a three-day programme. As in the previous season, the surface was grown using the Tillers-designed and manufactured hybrid carpet system, first introduced to the industry in January 2025, reflecting the continued success of the process established during the 2025 renovation.

The project once again forms part of Fineturf and Tillers Turf's wider commitment to sustainable surface technology, building on the fully recyclable pitch system pioneered at the stadium the previous year, in which the outgoing turf and sand are lifted, processed and returned to Tillers Turf for reuse in future hybrid systems.
