Spa Fields Turf Installation

We were asked by the London Borough of Islington to renovate Spa Fields. The existing turf was stripped and removed from the site. The area was cultivated and we spread 20T of screened topsoil which was ameliorated into the surface. The park was aerated to relieve compaction and promote better root growth for the new surface. Finally, we applied a pre turf fertiliser and installed big roll turf.
