Laceby Manor Golf Club Putting Green Construction

December 2013

In November we returned to Laceby Manor to construct a new 450m2 putting green outside the aesthetically pleasing clubhouse.

The existing green was stripped and any tree roots were removed. Indigenous topsoil was excavated from an adjoining landscape area and the green was shaped. With the formation established the area was decompacted and 70/30 golf rootzone applied and ameliorated. The green was hand raked and Tillers greens turf grown on rootzone installed. The putting green surrounds were turfed with a Rye, Fescue, SSMG mixture.
